Visit The Helix, home of The Kelpies, and get a real feel for Falkirk!
The Helix was borne from an idea in 2003 to build an ecopark as part of the Falkirk Greenscape Initiative, transforming 350 hectares of land between Falkirk and Grangemouth. Today, The Helix connects 16 local communities through our extensive path networks stretching over 27km.
Our Adventure Zone playpark and Splash Play area provides kids with endless hours of fun, guaranteed.
The Visitor Centre normal opening hours are 7 days a week, 9.30am - 5.00pm.
Ideally located for an excellent view of the Kelpies, the Visitor Centre is the hub of The Helix. Our Visitor Centre offers a delicious menu in our cafe and unique stock in our gift shop if you want to treat a loved one or yourself.
