About this place
Best known for Fort Douglas, an outstanding adventure playground with towers, zip wires and tunnels set in the woods. There's also a restaurant courtyard and long estate walks.
Fort Douglas adventure play is open daily 10am-5pm (booking advised; children £4-£12.50 depending on season). Parking £3-£4, card only. Dogs welcome in the park but not in Fort Douglas. Also Go Ape, a restaurant, shop and 1,000 acres of trails.
