Charles Jencks' land art landscape near Sanquhar, made from a former opencast coal mine — spiral mounds, standing stones and an amphitheatre. Unusual, open and good for running about.
Open mid-March to early November only (2026 season); closed in winter. Mon-Thu 10am-4pm, Fri-Sun 10am-6pm. Dogs welcome. Toilets and parking on site.
